$350,000 Verdict In An Automobile Accident Case
A Bronx Jury recently awarded $350,000 to a client of the Law Offices of Jason B. Kessler. Mr. Kessler tried this automobile accident case in front of a Bronx jury. Prior to trial the defendant argued that the plaintiff did not have a serious injury and that his surgery was unrelated to the accident because of a year and a half delay from the accident until the surgery date. Mr. Kessler argued that the surgery was related and that the delay was due to the fact that the Plaintiff had high blood pressure. Mr. Kessler was able to convince the jury to find a verdict in favor of the plaintiff and to award money damages. The jury awarded $350,000 altogether for past and future pain and suffering.
