White Plains Man Accused Of DWI In Greenburgh, And Other Arrest Reports For 30 Sep – 2 Oct Weekend


10 individuals were taken into custody for DUI in 5 towns while cops were on-duty.

Between Friday to Monday, 10 individuals were charged by the New York State Police who chose to consume alcohol and get behind the wheel as police officers and law enforcement engaged to cope with impaired driving.

  • 28-year-old Brian B. Tully was taken into custody on 1st of October for driving under the influence. He was charged with DWAI Drugs after an investigation of the accident in which only one car was involved. The location of the accident was Red Mill Road. The defendant was issued traffic tickets and he is summoned to the Town of Cortlandt Court on 7th of October.
  • 37-year-old Brett M. Donovan was taken into custody by the State police on 1st of October. He was charged for DWI and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. He was pulled over by troopers on Sprain Brook Parkway for failing to maintain his lane. He was found to be under the influence of drugs; he also had controlled substance in possession. He was issued traffic tickets and summoned to court in the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on 13th of October 9:30 a.m.
  • 29-year-old Paul L. Deberry was taken into custody on 1st of October and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree and DWI. As the police was investigating an accident in which 2 cars were involved, Deberry was found impaired. He is summoned to the Town of Greenburgh Court on 14th of October.
  • On 2nd of October, 21-year-old Edwin J. Arevalo-Pani was taken into custody for DWI after an investigation of the accident that happened on Primrose Street in Somers. His breath sample was taken for an intoxication test which showed his BAC level at 0.09 percent. He is summoned to Town of Somers Justice Court on 17th of October.
  • 56-year-old Ellen M. Cottrell was taken into custody on 2nd of October for DWI after troopers responded to a domestic dispute. The troopers found that Cottrell attempted to leave home in a car while under the influence. The BAC level shown by the intoxication test was .15 percent. Cottrell will be summoned to Cortlandt Court, but the date is not given yet.
  • 36-year-old Paul Lukomski was taken into custody on 2nd of October and charged for DWI. He was pulled over by the troopers for speeding at the Sprain Brook State Parkway. An intoxication test showned his BAC level at 0.10 percent. He will be summoned to the Town of Mount Pleasant Court, but the date is not scheduled yet.
  • On 2nd of October, 26-year-old Shelby A. Boettcher was taken into custody for DWI after the investigation of an accident in which only one car was involved. The location of the accident was Route 9D in Philipstown. Boettcher is summoned to the Town of Philipstown Justice Court on 12th of October.
  • 23-year-old William A. Irizary was taken into custody on 2nd of October for DWI after an investigation of the accident that happened on Sprain Brook Parkway as he was found impaired. He is summoned to the Town of Greenburgh Court on 18th of October.
  • 22-year-old Mark A. Dipasquale was taken into custody on 2nd of October for DWI after troopers investigated the case in which a car failed to maintain his designated lane of travel. The driver was found intoxicated and the intoxication test showed his BAC level at 0.08 percent. Dipasquale was issued traffic tickets and was ordered to appear in the Town of Mount Pleasant Court on 13th of October.
  • 41-year-old Milton Rodriguez was taken into custody on 2nd of October for DWI after an investigation of the case in which a car drove off of Route 121 in the Town of North Salem. The person behind the wheel was found impaired with a BAC level of 0.17 percent; Rodriguez is summoned to the Town of North Salem Court on 17th of October.

According to the cops, intoxicated and impaired drivers put others at risk. They not only ruin their own life when they get involved in an accident, but also many other lives. So they work to achieve their goal to keep offenders off the roads and keep others safe.
