"Client was a laborer who was cleaning up debris during a demolition site. The wall that was not the target of the demolition fell on top of him causing neck, back, both shoulders and head injuries. The Client had back, neck and shoulder surgery as a result of these injuries. We successfully obtained Summary on Liability and the case was settled at mediation. "Client was driving in a vehicle in a commercial warehouse area. Her vehicle was passing a cargo hauling vehicle driven by the defendant going in the opposite direction. One of the cargo carriers from the defendant's vehicle detached and went headfirst into the client's vehicle. The client sustained severe neck and back injuries that caused her to have a multi-level neck fusion, back injuries, shoulder injuries, and head injuries. The case was settled during mediation."

"Client was driving home from work when he was rear ended by a school bus. The bus driver claimed that our client stopped short and was facing an “emergency situation”. Through our investigators we determined that the ambulette was not on an emergency call and that our client had the right of way. We established that the cleaning company did not follow the correct protocols and did not warn the Plaintiff about this dangerous condition.
